01 | Listen to customer needs
Fully understand the customer's intentions. In addition to performance indicators, we will also consider the product's use environment, usage methods and transportation status.
02 | Calculation design model
According to customer needs, assist in calculating and designing the magnetic circuit. Preliminary consideration of processing and assembly processes, and based on our experience and calculation results, put forward improvement suggestions, and finally sign a sample order.
03 | Formulate process and proofing
Develop detailed processes and set up quality monitoring points. Start production with a breakdown diagram. Design tooling and fixtures: * Ensure the shape and size tolerances of parts; * For use with measuring equipment to ensure quality.
04 | Batch production control
After receiving a batch order, arrange workers to operate, reasonably arrange workstations and processes, and when necessary, design and process unique tooling to reduce the labor intensity of workers and ensure the consistency of batch production.
